Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Apex Elite Youth Sports Group programs, leagues, camps, clinics, tournaments, events, websites, registrations, communications, and related services.

By registering a participant, attending an event, using our website, or participating in any Apex Elite Youth Sports Group activity, you agree to the terms below.

1. Organization

Apex Elite Youth Sports Group provides youth sports programs, including but not limited to flag football, 7v7 football, tackle football, camps, clinics, tournaments, and related athletic events.

2. Registration

A parent or legal guardian must complete registration for any minor participant.

By registering, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.
  • You are the parent or legal guardian of the participant, or have legal authority to register the participant.
  • The participant meets the age, grade, or division requirements for the program.
  • You agree to follow all league rules, policies, schedules, and communications.

Apex Elite Youth Sports Group reserves the right to deny, cancel, or remove a registration if information is inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or if participation would violate league rules or policies.

3. Payments and Fees

Registration fees, program fees, equipment fees, team fees, tournament fees, and any other applicable charges must be paid by the required deadline.

Failure to pay may result in removal from the program, suspension from participation, or loss of roster placement.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Apex Elite Youth Sports Group is not responsible for third-party payment platform errors, service interruptions, or processing issues.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and may vary by program.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Registration fees are non-refundable after teams, schedules, uniforms, or equipment have been ordered or assigned.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed practices, missed games, voluntary withdrawal, suspension, removal due to misconduct, weather delays, schedule changes, or circumstances outside the organization’s control.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Apex Elite Youth Sports Group reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Schedule Changes and Weather

Schedules, locations, practice times, game times, and event details are subject to change.

Apex Elite Youth Sports Group may modify, postpone, relocate, reschedule, or cancel events due to weather, field availability, safety concerns, facility issues, participation numbers, or other circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates through email, text alerts, website postings, registration platforms, or social media.

6. Participant Health and Safety

Participation in youth sports involves risk of injury.

By registering, you acknowledge that football and athletic activities may involve physical contact, running, jumping, falls, collisions, heat exposure, and other risks.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that the participant is physically able to participate. Apex Elite Youth Sports Group may require medical clearance before allowing a participant to return after an injury or health concern.

7. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

By participating, you understand and accept the risks associated with youth sports.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Apex Elite Youth Sports Group, its owners, directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners, facilities, and affiliates from claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in Apex Elite Youth Sports Group activities, except where prohibited by law.

8. Code of Conduct

All players, parents, guardians, coaches, spectators, and volunteers are expected to act respectfully and responsibly.

The following behavior may result in warning, removal, suspension, or permanent dismissal:

  • Fighting, threats, harassment, or intimidation
  • Verbal abuse toward players, coaches, officials, staff, or spectators
  • Unsportsmanlike conduct
  • Disruptive sideline behavior
  • Refusal to follow league rules or staff instructions
  • Damage to property or facilities
  • Use of profanity, alcohol, drugs, or tobacco at youth events where prohibited
  • Any behavior that creates an unsafe or negative environment

Apex Elite Youth Sports Group reserves the right to remove any participant, parent, coach, or spectator from an event or program without refund for conduct violations.

9. League Rules and Eligibility

All participants must follow the official rules of the league or program.

Apex Elite Youth Sports Group may update rules, divisions, rosters, formats, playoff structures, tiebreakers, and eligibility requirements as needed.

The organization reserves the right to make final decisions regarding player placement, division eligibility, team assignments, competitive balance, and rule interpretation.

10. Uniforms and Equipment

Participants may be required to wear league-approved uniforms or equipment.

For programs involving issued equipment, all equipment must be returned by the required deadline and in reasonable condition.

Parents or guardians may be responsible for replacement costs for lost, stolen, damaged, or unreturned equipment.

11. Media Release

Photos and videos may be taken during Apex Elite Youth Sports Group events.

By participating, you grant Apex Elite Youth Sports Group permission to use photos, videos, names, team images, and event footage for promotional purposes, including websites, social media, flyers, advertisements, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.

If you do not want your child included in promotional media, you must notify Apex Elite Youth Sports Group in writing.

12. Communications

By registering or opting in, you agree to receive communications from Apex Elite Youth Sports Group, including emails, phone calls, and text messages related to registrations, schedules, alerts, weather updates, reminders, events, and promotions.

Message and data rates may apply for text messages. Message frequency may vary.

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.

13. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Apex Elite Youth Sports Group website, registration links, forms, payment systems, or communication platforms.

You may not attempt to interfere with website security, submit false information, copy content without permission, or use our platforms for unauthorized purposes.

14. Third-Party Platforms

Apex Elite Youth Sports Group may use third-party services for registration, payments, scheduling, email, text messaging, websites, or communications.

Use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Apex Elite Youth Sports Group is not responsible for third-party service errors, outages, fees, or policies.

15. No Guarantee of Placement or Playing Time

Registration does not guarantee placement on a specific team, with a specific coach, in a specific division, or at a specific practice or game time.

Playing time, position assignment, and team decisions may vary by program, coach, age group, roster size, safety, attendance, and competitive format.

16. Removal from Program

Apex Elite Youth Sports Group reserves the right to remove a participant, parent, guardian, coach, volunteer, or spectator from any program or event for violating these Terms and Conditions, league rules, safety policies, or codes of conduct.

Removal from a program does not guarantee a refund.

17. Facility Rules

Participants and spectators must follow all rules of the facilities, parks, schools, fields, and venues used by Apex Elite Youth Sports Group.

Apex Elite Youth Sports Group is not responsible for facility closures, parking issues, field conditions, or venue restrictions beyond its control.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Apex Elite Youth Sports Group is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to participation, registration, website use, schedule changes, cancellations, or third-party services.

19. Changes to These Terms

Apex Elite Youth Sports Group may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or provided through official communication channels.

Continued participation after updates means you accept the revised terms.
