 Carrie has over 25 years’ experience in youth athletics, with 30+ years’ experience in sales, underwriting and risk management for commercial insurance at the retail, wholesale and carrier levels. In addition to coaching recreational youth baseball, flag football and cheer, with athletes ranging in ages from 5 to 15, she has also served as Cheer Coordinator, Secretary and President on the Boards of multiple youth athletics non-profit organizations, middle- and high-school booster clubs for athletics and JROTC and member of the Junior Jaguars Bowl Committee. Carrie’s cheer  squads have won multiple city championships, top 4 placements at regional competitions and a nationals’ appearance. Her background in risk management and youth programs makes her uniquely qualified to create a fun and successful sideline cheer experience for athletes of all ages….and their families too! 

Niki has over 7 years’ experience in coaching/cheerleading.  She has coached for Creek’s cheer program and is currently the coach of middle school cheer squad in St Johns County. As a coach she brings a fun, positive, and energetic style that is impactful. Her cheer background includes being a cheerleader for 5 years at the middle school and high school level and child caretaker/medical assistant for 20 years.  Cheer teams she has cheered on and coached have won competitions in Florida. As a coach she continues to strive for greatness and success from her squad, while being upbeat and positive.
